Royal Tower will be Phnom Penh’s first Grade A office building by Hong Kong standards. At 36 floors and 65,000 m² it will be a landmark building located at the intersection of Monivong Blvd. and the Russian Federation Blvd. Construction will be completed in mid-2013.

Design House worked with Council on our recent Outdoor Media campaign.  The service provided was very efficient. Jeanette worked with our unit to provide a number of design concepts to Council and was open to incorporating modifications and suggestions to achieve a professional result for her client.

Royal Park Resort, Cambodia's first 6-star resort, will open in Siem Reap in 2008. A joint venture with the Oberoi Group, the hotel will be the closest to the historic Angkor Wat temple complex. Titan King Resort & Casino, is a luxury resort and casino complex strategically located close to the border with Vietnam. Hotel Cambodiana, the first hotel to be awarded 5 stars in Cambodia, is the only luxury hotel located on Phnom Penh's waterfront at the confluence of the historic Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers.

Infinity Insurance, a fully capitalized insurer in Cambodia, is a joint venture with Infinity Financial Solutions, an established name in the region. Infinity Insurance is backed by Swiss Re, the world's leading and most diversified reinsurer, and other reinsurance industry leaders worldwide. ANZ Royal Bank, a partnership between Australia New Zealand Banking Group Limited and The Royal Group, brings world-class banking services to Cambodia for the first time.

MobiTel, formerly a joint venture between The Royal Group and Millicom International Cellular, is now wholly owned by The Royal Group following an acquisition in November 2009. The provider of choice in Cambodia since 1997, the company has enjoyed market shares exceeding 67% for over 8 years. Operating 3.5G in the major urban centers and EDGE nationwide, MobiTel has driven the telecommunication industry in the country with over 85% of all cities, towns and villages covered.

Cambodian Broadcasting Corporation is a terrestrial UHF television service operating two free to air stations CTN & MY TV. Formerly a joint venture with Millicom, the company is now wholly owned by the Royal Group following an acquisition in November 2009. The Group has invested US$15 million in the television channel, delivering high-quality international and locally produced programming to every Cambodian household.
